螺旋焊管焊接挤压力的研究

    ANALYSIS CONCERNING EXTRUSION FORCE OF WELDING OF SPIRAL WELD TUBE

    • 摘要: 在高频对接螺旋焊管生产中,适当大小的挤压力是保证焊管焊缝强度的关键因素之一。采用能量法计算管坯的弹塑性变形抗力和采用直接法计算其焊接压力,进而得到挤压力的计算公式。通过实验验证了该理论分析的正确性。

       

      Abstract: Proper extrusion force is critical to ensure weld strength of the spiral weld tube during hi-frequency butt-welding process. Based on the resistance of the blank against elastic- plastic deformation calculated with the energy method and related welding pressure calculated with the direct method,the formula for computing the extrusion force was derived. Relevant experiments show that the said theoretical analysis is correct.
