    Design of Billet Rotary Hearth Heating Furnace with 18 m Average Diameter

    • 摘要: 根据安徽天大(集团)股份有限公司的生产要求,成都攀成钢冶金工程技术有限公司为其无缝钢管厂Φ140 mm热轧无缝钢管机组设计了1座管坯环形加热炉。从炉体、燃烧系统、机械设备以及电气与仪表的自动化设计等方面详细介绍了该环形加热炉的设计情况。良好的运行情况表明,该环形加热炉的设计是成功的。

       

      Abstract: A billet rotary hearth heating furnace is designed by Chengdu CSST Metallurgical Engineering Co.,Ltd.for the Φ140 mm seamless steel tube hot-rolling plant located at Anhui Tianda (Group) Corp.,Ltd.Detailed in the article is the design of the furnace,involving the furnace body,the combustion system,the mechanical equipment,and the automation related to the electrical and instrumental systems.The operation of the rotary furnace is satisfactory,which proves that the design of it is successful.
