预精焊螺旋缝焊管管端缺陷的分析与解决

    Analysis and Solution of Problem about End Defects of SAWH Pipe Made with Two-step Welding Process

    • 摘要: 简述了螺旋缝焊管预精焊工艺流程,通过对钢管管端缺陷的统计分析,对最严重的管端缺陷——管端气孔进行定性分析,总结出提高预精焊螺旋缝焊管管端质量的措施。实践证明:通过保证管端预焊焊缝外观质量、修磨引熄弧板对接处焊缝、清除杂质等措施,使管端气孔得到明显改善,提高了预精焊螺旋缝焊管管端质量。

       

      Abstract: The two-step(pre-welding & finish welding) process flow for SAWH pipes is briefed in the paper.Based on the statistic analysis of the pipe end defects,the most serious type among the defects,i.e.,pipe end porosity is qualitatively analyzed. As a result,measures are determined to improve the end quality of the SAWH pipe as made with the two-step welding process. The pipe end porosity defect is obviously reduced,and the pipe end quality improved due to implementation of such measures as grinding butting weld of the run-off tab,and cleaning out the exclusions,etc.
