焊管焊缝超声波检测时扫描线1:1调试方法

    Method for 1:1 Calibration of Scanning Line during Ultrasonic Weld Detection of Weld Pipe

    • 摘要: 介绍了焊管焊缝超声波检测时扫描线水平和深度1:1调试的新旧方法。通过比较发现,传统的扫描线1:1调试方法(利用标准试块)在焊管超声波检测时在缺陷定位和定量上存在不足,而新的扫描线1:1调试方法利用N5刻槽和Φ1.6mm竖通孔进行调试,在操作上更简便实用。

       

      Abstract: Described in the paper are both the conventional and the new methods as used for 1 :1 calibration of the levelness and depth of the scanning line during the ultrasonic weld detection of weld pipes.Based on comparison of the two methods,it is identified that the conventional method with reference block has shortcomings concerning flaw positioning and quantifying during the detecting operation,whereas the new method with N5 artificial notch and Φ1.6mm vertical through-hole is capable of much easier and more convenient operation.
