    Research on H2S Corrosive Operation Condition for Drill Pipe in G105 Steel

    • 摘要: 根据NACETM 0284-2003标准的试验方法,采用NACE TM 0177-2005标准的A溶液(5% NaCl+0.5% CH3COOH+饱和H2S水溶液)对G105钢级钻杆在3种不同温度下进行标准氢致开裂(HIC)评价实验和应力腐蚀(SSC)实验。结果表明,在标准HIC实验中试样没有出现裂纹,在标准SSC实验中试样发生断裂,因此,G105钢级钻杆在含有H2S环境下不宜长期使用。
      Abstract: Following the test method as specified in Specification NACE TM 0284-2003 and using Solution A(5%NaCl+0.5%CH3COOH+saturated H2S water solution) as per Specification NACE TM 0177-2005,standard HIC evaluation test and SSC test are conducted to G105 drill pipe at three different temperatures.The results show that no cracking developed with the specimen under the standard HIC test,and no fracture took place with the specimen under the standard SSC test,which leads to such a conclusion that the G105 drill pipe is not suitable for long-time operation under the H2S-corrosive atmosphere.
