炉焊管坯加热炉新燃烧技术

    A NEW COMBUSTION TECHNOLOGY FOR THE HEATING FURNACE OF FURNACE-WELDED BILLETS

    • 摘要: 日本钢管公司京浜钢铁厂开发一项既不降低炉子的热效率又能实现无氧化加热的双层气氛新燃烧技术,该厂于1987年对现有炉焊管坯加热炉进行了技术改造,使氧化铁皮烧损量减少了70%。

       

      Abstract: A new double-atmosphere combustion technology by which billets can be heated effectively without oxidization has been developed in Keihin Works of NKK, Japan. The scale from burnt billets has reduced by 70% since all of the heating furnaces of furnace-welded billets were modified in 1987.
