经济型中厚壁ZT640地质钻探用无缝钢管生产实践

    • 摘要: 用37Mn5钢生产经济型中厚壁ZT640地质钻探用无缝钢管。介绍ZT640无缝钢管的生产工艺、关键控制技术和质量情况,以及37Mn5中厚壁无缝钢管淬火裂纹的控制措施。分析认为:通过“转炉炼钢+LF精炼+方坯连铸+轧制圆坯+连轧+调质”工艺生产的中厚壁地质钻探用ZT640调质无缝钢管,其各项性能指标和尺寸精度等完全满足技术要求,说明生产工艺可行;用37Mn5钢代替35CrMo钢种,可实现经济型生产的目的。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the paper is how to use the 37Mn5 steel to produce the ZT640 economical heavy/mediumwalled seamless steel tube for geological drilling service,involving the manufacturing process,the key control techniques and the quality status,and the control measures as taken to prevent the quench-caused crack of the 37Mn5 heavy/medium-walled seamless steel tube.It is regarded via the analysis that the ZT640 quench and tempered heavy/mediumwalled seamless steel tube for geological drilling service as produced by means of the process of“Converter+LF+Square CC+Round rolling+PQFpipe-rolling+Quenching & tempering”hasall of itstechnical indexes and dimensional tolerances fully conform to applicable technical requirements,which means that the manufacturing process as employed is quite practical.And it is finally concluded that substituting the 37Mn5 steel for the 35CrMo steel is able to bring about the economical production of the said product.
