深海管线管深加工工艺研究

    Technological Study on Deep-processing of Linepipe for Deep-sea Service

    • 摘要: 简述了深海油气的勘探现状,介绍了深海管线管的应用及特性;从几何尺寸、静水压试验、缺陷探伤、产品可追溯性、自动化测量等方面,总结了深海管线管与一般管线管深加工技术要求差异;提出目前深海管线管深加工生产中待解决的问题,并给出建议;以新投产的深海管线管生产线为例,介绍了该生产线的工艺方案、设备选型及其特点。

       

      Abstract: Briefed in the essay is the present situation of deep-sea oil and gas exploration industry, and also elaborated are the application and characteristics of the linepipe for deep-sea service. Moreover the technical requirement differences between deep processing of the linepipe for deep-sea service and that of the ordinary linepipe are summarized in terms of geometric dimensions, hydrostatic testing, flaw NDT, product traceability, and automatic measurement, etc. Some problems staying with present operation activities of processing the linepipe for deep-sea service that need to be solved are put forward, and accordingly suggestions are proposed. A newly-started up production line for the said linepipe is described as an example, involving such aspects as the process plan, the equipment selection and relevant features, etc.
