    INFLUENCES OF Nb, Ti AND C CONTENTS ON CREEP RUPTURE STRENGTH OF HIGH STRENGTH AUSTENITIC STEEL USED UNDER SUPER HIGH CRITICAL PRESSURE

    • 摘要: 用于超高临界压力锅炉的20Cr-25Ni系奥氏体钢,要求在高温高压下具有高的持久断裂强度。本文研究了Nb、Ti和C添加量对20Cr-25Ni系奥氏体钢持久断裂强度的影响和在该成分下钢的金相组织,并进行了Nb、Ti和C最佳含量分析。

       

      Abstract: The 20Cr-25Ni austenitic steel used for super high critical pressure boilers must have high creep rupture strength under high temperature and high pressure. The paper studied the influence of additions of Nb, Ti and C on creep rupture strength of 20Cr-25Ni austenitic steel and metallographic structures of the steel with such contents, and it also analysed the optimum contents of Nb, Ti anb C.
