大直径非调质N80钢级石油套管的研制与开发

    R & D of Large-sized Non-quenched and Tempered Oil Casing in Grade N80

    • 摘要: 针对传统的非调质钢管韧性较差的问题,采用在中碳锰钢中添加微合金化元素,并通过控轧控冷等工艺手段,实现析出强化和细化晶粒,从而提高钢管的强度和韧性,使其接近或达到调质钢管的性能水平,以满足大直径非调质石油套管高强度与冲击韧性相匹配的要求。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the chronic problem of poor toughness of conventional non-quenched and tempered steel tubes, technological measures are taken to improve both strength and toughness of the tube, including adding micro-alloying elements into medium carbon-manganese steel and properly controlling of rolling and cooling processes in order to segregate strengthened and fine grains. As a result, the properties of the said tube is close to or even equal to the level of the quenched and tempered tube, having satisfied the requirement that large-sized non-quenched and tempered oil casing has to be in possession of adequate toughness corresponding to its high strength.
