    Design of PLC-DDC-D Control System for Flying-sawing Machine for Length-cutting of Straight welded Tube

    • 摘要: 飞锯是直缝焊管生产线上的关键设备之一。为了提高飞锯在线动态定尺锯切精度、保持良好的工作稳定性,在研究了国内外飞锯控制系统的基础上提出了新型的PLC-DDC-D直缝焊管飞锯控制系统的设计。介绍了飞锯工作过程、设计要点、长度检测方式等,并着重探讨了PLC-DDC-D飞锯控制系统的结构和DDC全数字直流控制器在此项设计中的应用。

       

      Abstract: The flying sawing machine is one of the key units of the straight welded pipe production line. For enhancement of length-cutting accuracy and consistent operation of the on-line flying sawer, a new PLC-DDC-D control system of flying sawer for the straight-welded pipe production line has been developed on the basis of studies of relevant flying sawer control systems developed both at home and abroad. Involved here are such aspects of the flying machine as operation process, design tips, length-measuring method and particularly configuration of the said control system and application of the full-digit direct current controller or the DDC to the design.
