    Design and Development of Ф473.08 mm×11.05 mm Ultra-limit Casing

    • 摘要: 为了解决轧制Ф473.08 mm×11.05 mm超极限套管存在的成本问题,提出了设计开发488 mm孔型;为了解决脱管机的减径率不足造成的脱管机不脱棒,对柱形芯棒进行了锥度改造;为了达到产品的质量控制要求,重新分配了穿孔、连轧管机组变形量并调整了毛管间隙量。通过实际批量生产,证明Ф473.08 mm×11.05 mm超极限套管的设计和开发是成功的,并验证了Ф460 mm PQF三辊连轧管机组轧制大径壁比薄壁管的能力。

       

      Abstract: To solve the issue concerning cost effectiveness of rolling Ф473.08 mm×11.05 mm ultra-limit casing, it is proposed to design and develop the 488 mm pass.And the following actions are involved.Tamper of the cylindrical mandrel bar is modified for tackling the problem that the extractor can't get the mandrel off the shell due to its poor reduction rate;the deformation amounts of the piercing mill and the mandrel mill proper are redistributed, and the shell clearance adjusted in order to meet the quality assurance requirements for the product.The Ф473.08 mm×11.05 mm ultra-limit casing as designed and developed has been put into massive production, which proves that the Ф460 mm 3-roll PQF mill is capable of producing light-wall pipes with large D/S.
