穿孔机毛管“鱼尾”的产生原因及改善措施

    Causes of and Improvement Measures for Fishtail Defect on Pierced Shell

    • 摘要: 简述穿孔机毛管“鱼尾”的产生原因,从穿孔机轧制中心线和工艺参数的调整、工模具检查、管坯准备等方面提出改进措施。分析认为:通过控制穿孔机中心线的精度,优化穿孔机工艺参数和管坯加热温度,更换磨损严重的工模具,控制管坯锯切质量并采取管坯端部定心等方法,能较大程度地减少毛管尾部“鱼尾”的产生几率,提高芯棒使用寿命,缩短更换连轧管机轧辊的时间,提高产品的实物质量。

       

      Abstract: Briefed in the paper are causes of "fishtail" defect on pierced shells,and accordingly put forward are improvement measures focusing on aspects such as adjustment of the piercing mill center line and other process parameters,checking of tools and dies,and preparation of billets etc.The analysis shows that by controlling precision of the center line,optimizing process parameters and billet heating temperatures,changing severely worn tools and dies,controlling billet cutting quality,and adopting billet end centering method,the probability of "fishtail" defect occuring at a shell end will be significantly decreased,the life of the mandrel increased,the roller changing time shortened,and product quality improved.
