Abstract: 3Cr2W8V steel piercing plug can be greatly improved with higher heat resistance and longer service life, with the application of the heat-treatment process which is to change its actural grain sizes and to control its exist shape of carbide type Ⅰ and Ⅱ and its residual austenite.
