    Development of P91 Hi-pressure Boiler Pipe

    • 摘要: 以Φ508 mm×75 mm钢管为例, 介绍了江苏诚德钢管股份有限公司开发P91高温高压锅炉管的情况。重点介绍了此种钢管的生产工艺及性能试验结果。通过一系列试验研究及用户使用评价表明:该公司生产的P91高温高压锅炉管工艺合理, 常温及高温力学性能均符合ASME SA335和GB 5310-1995标准要求。采用最小二乘法推导出该产品在600℃、100 000 h下的持久强度为89.2 MPa, 满足热电厂超临界机组的使用要求, 可替代进口产品。

       

      Abstract: Taking the Φ508 mm×75 mm steel pipe as an example, the development of the P91 hi-temperature, hi-pressure boiler pipe by Jiangsu Chengde Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.is described, focusing on the manufacturing process and the mechanical test results of the pipe.A series of test researches and relevant customer evaluations show that the manufacturing process for the said P91 hi-temperature, hi-pressure boiler pipe is practical, the mechanical properties under both ambient temperature and hi-temperature are in compliance with relevant requirements as specified in Standards ASME SA335 and GB5310-1995.With the least square method, the creep rupture strength of the pipe with a duration of 100, 000 hours and at the temperature of 600 ℃ is deduced as 89.2 MPa which is up to the operation requirement by the supercritical generation set of the thermal power plant and can be substituted for the imported similar pipes.
