238 mm孔型系列生产中厚壁钢管工艺探索

    Exploration of Manufacturing Technology for 238 mm Pass Series Medium-heavy Wall Tubes

    • 摘要: 研究当前238 mm孔型系列生产中厚壁无缝钢管的生产工艺,分析微张力定(减)径过程中中厚壁钢管壁厚不均现象的形成机理,并结合现有设备能力及生产实践,设计开发出238 mm孔型系列生产中厚壁钢管的相关热工具及工艺参数。分析认为:通过合理设计芯棒规格,减小粗轧机架单架次减径率,降低定(减)径机减径量、孔型椭圆度,可减少中厚壁钢管壁厚不均现象的产生。

       

      Abstract: The manufacturing process for 238 mm series medium-heavy wall tubes is explored.By analyzing the forming mechanism of wall thickness inhomogeneity on medium-heavy wall tubes during the slight stretch sizing(reducing)process,and considering the capacity of the exsisting equipment and the actual production practice,the relevant hot tools and process parameters for 238 mm series medium-heavy wall tubes are designed and developed.The analysis indicates that by properly designing the mandrel size,reducing the reduction ratio on each rough rolling stand,and decreasing the reduction amount and pass ovality of the sizing mill,the wall thickness inhomogeneity on medium-heavy wall tubes can be decreased.
