    Calculation of Unit Rolling Pressure for Rotary Rolling of Seamless Steel Tube

    • 摘要: 基于斜轧工艺变形特点及斜轧轧制空间关系,采用工程塑性力学方法,建立斜轧轧制单位压力的解析计算方法。分析斜轧空间结构和变形特点及斜轧变形区内变形特征断面的几何关系、变形特征断面内变形单元切块的应力状态,建立变形单元切块的应力微分方程,并求解出斜轧变形区轧制单位压力的计算公式,最后用实例验证轧制单位压力的计算公式。该解析计算方法可用于一般斜轧轧制力能参数的计算,并对斜轧变形进行应力、应变分析。

       

      Abstract: Based on the deformation characteristics of the rotary rolling process, the engineering plastic mechanics method is used to establish the analytical calculation method for unit rolling pressure.Accordingly analyzed here in the paper are the geometrical relationship between the rotary rolling space structure and the deformation characteristics and the deformation characteristic cross section in the rotary rolling deformation zone, and the stress status of the deformation unit block.As a result the stress calculus equation of the deformation block is obtained, and in turn the calculation formula for the unit rolling pressure of the rotary rolling process is solved, and subjected to verification with relevant living examples.This analytical calculation method is applicable to calculation of general rotary rolling force mechanics parameters as well as analysis of rolling deformation stress and strain.
