国产高抗挤套管残余应力初探

    DISCUSSION ON RESIDUAL STRESS OF HOME-MADE SUPER ANTI-CRASH CASING

    • 摘要: 残余应力是影响套管挤毁抗力的主要因素之一,选择适当的热矫直工艺将降低残余应力,提高套管的抗挤性能。通过对国产244.5mm×11.99mmTP110T高抗挤套管残余应力的分析测试,研究了残余应力的产生过程、测量和控制方法,探讨了残余应力对挤毁压力的影响。

       

      Abstract: Appropriate hot-straightening process will reduce the residul stress of the casing acting as one of the key elements affecting crash-resistance of the pipe. Based on the analytic measurement of residual stress of the home-made 244.5mm × 11.99mm TP110T superanti-crash casing, studies were made in such aspects as occurrance, measuring and control methods of the residual stress as well as the influence by the said stress on crashing pressure.
