    • 摘要: 介绍了无缝钢管生产线上步进式冷床的电气传动和控制系统。通过使用SINAMICS系列变频器实现了步进式冷床升降装置的主从运动控制, 包括快速制动及速度切换时的快速能量回馈;以S7-300 系列的315-2 DPCPU作为自动化系统的控制核心;使用S7-GRAPH语言编写关键程序;HMI人机界面实现对设备和钢管实时监控与跟踪。步进式冷床控制系统采用上述设计选择, 可有效提高设备运行的稳定性, 保证产品的高品质

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the essay are the electric drive and control system of the seamless steel tube walking-beam cooling bed. The controls of the master-slave movement of the said cooling bed’s lifting device are realized via the SINAMICS frequency converter,including quick energy feed back for quick braking and speed switching. The 315-2DP CPU of S7-300 Series are used as the control core of the automation system, and the S7-GRAPH language is used for critical programming; HMI realizes real-time monitoring and tracking of the equipment and the material as well. As a result, operation stability of the equipment is improved, and the excellent product quality ensured.
