螺旋缝焊管焊缝跟踪用精密三维滑台的设计

    Design of Precision 3D Slide for Adjustment of SAWH Pipe Weld Seam Tracking

    • 摘要: 针对山东胜利钢管有限公司使用的焊缝跟踪机构或滑台存在的问题,研制出螺旋缝焊管焊接机构调整及焊缝跟踪用精密三维滑台。介绍了该滑台的主体结构、技术参数、安装方式及与焊头机构的连接方式及其优点。使用结果表明,该精密三维滑台运行良好,故障率低,较大地提高了螺旋缝焊管的焊接质量和焊接作业率,为焊接生产的正常进行提供了设备保障。

       

      Abstract: To fix the problem existing with the weld seam tracking mechanism or the slide used by Shandong Shengli Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd.,a precision 3D slide is developed for adjustment of the SAWH pipe welding mechanism and weld seam tracking. Elaborated in the paper are the main aspects of the said slide,covering the structure of the principal part,the technical parameters,the erection type,and the joint type of the welding head mechanism and the advantages thereof. The actual operation of the slide demonstrates satisfactory running and low failure rate which ensures better welding quality and higher welding productivity of the SAWH pipes,and thus,guarantees the appropriate equipment for normal welding operation.
