轧辊孔型对高频焊管管径与椭圆度的影响

    Analysis of Effect by Roll Pass on Diameter and Ovality of HF Welded Pipe

    • 摘要: 根据目前国内高频焊管管径的控制现状,分析影响高频焊管管径与椭圆度的因素,并结合Φ244.48 mm×8.94 mm规格J55钢级ERW焊管的实际生产情况,重点阐述定径轧辊孔型及其修复参数对高频焊管管径与椭圆度的影响。分析认为:通过控制定径轧辊孔型的磨损,可保证高频焊管的管径,较好地解决椭圆度超差问题。

       

      Abstract: Based on the current domestic level of controlling diameter accuracy of the HF welded pipe,elements as affecting the diameter and ovality of such pipe are analyzed.Taking the actual production circumstances of the Φ244.48 mm×8.94 mm J55 ERW pipe into consideration,effects by the sizing roll pass and its repair parameters on the diameter and ovality of the said welded pipe are mainly analyzed.As a result,it is regarded that proper control of wearingof thesizingroll groovewill getthepipediameter accuracy ensured,and theout-of-toleranceovality eliminated.
