三辊冷轧管机轧制过程的数值模拟与试验研究

    Numerical Simulation and Experimental Research on Rolling Process of 3-roll Cold-rolling Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 在简化三辊冷轧管机轧制过程的基础上,根据钢管冷轧过程的变形特点,采用Simufact有限元软件对其轧制过程进行有限元数值模拟。通过仿真模拟,分析了钢管的等效应力、等效应变分布规律及其截面变形特点,并与实际数据进行比较。分析结果表明:建立的有限元模型符合实际,模拟过程与实际轧管成型情况相符合;金属的塑性变形主要发生在减径段和减壁段;随着送进量、轧制频率的增加,轧辊的轧制力相应增大。

       

      Abstract: Based on the simplified rolling process of the 3-roll cold-rolling pipe mill, the cold rolling process are FE numerically stimulated by means of the Simufact FE software according to the deformation characteristics of the process itself. Thanks to the said simulation, data of the steel pipe as being rolled are analyzed, including distribution law of both equivalent stress and equivalent strain, and sectional deformation characteristics, which are then compared with the actually-measured data. The analysis result reveals the facts as below. The FE math model as established is in compliance with the actual operation circumstances, i.e., the simulated process is in conformity to the actual pipe rolling/formation state. Metal plastic deformation occurs mainly in the diameter and wall thickness reducing sections. And the rolling force as produced by the roll is getting higher and higher along with increase of the feed amount and the roll speed.
