SEW伺服控制在全自动倒棱机进给系统上的应用

    Application of SEW Servo Control to Feed System of Fully-automatic Chamfering Machine

    • 摘要: 介绍了SEW伺服控制下全自动倒棱机进给系统的机械结构及其控制过程。该SEW伺服控制系统主要包括SEW伺服控制器、PLC、触摸屏,通过PROFIBUS-DP对倒棱机进给系统的位置和状态进行监控;利用SEW伺服控制器输出扭矩大、运行速度准确稳定、快速定位等特点,克服了进给系统的误差,保证了进给系统的稳定,从而提高HFW钢管坡口切割的质量和效率,满足倒棱机生产节奏的要求。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated here in the article is the mechanical structure of SEW Servo Control-based feed sysytem and its control process of the fully-automatic chamfering machine.The SEW Servo Control System as adopted is composed of such key components as the SEW Servo Controller proper, the PLC, and the touch screen which altogether perform monitoring of the operation position and status of the feed system via the PROFIBUS-DP message.Thanks to the advantages of the SEW Servo Controller such as high output torque, accurate and stable running speed, and quick positioning, etc., any error of the feed system can be corrected so as to ensure consistent feed operation, and improve the quality and efficiency of bevelling operation of the HFW steel pipe, being satisfactory to the requiement for production cycle of the chamfering machine.
