提高S135钻杆强韧性的热处理工艺研究

摘要: 采用等温淬火工艺和回火工艺对S135钻杆管体进行热处理,研究了等温淬火时间和回火温度对其强韧性的影响。试验结果表明:随着等温淬火时间的延长和回火温度的提高,钻杆管体材料的屈服强度和拉伸强度下降,而塑性和韧性指标上升;等温淬火时间和中低温回火对其韧性影响较小。介绍了显著提高钻杆管体材料韧性的热处理工艺制度。经该工艺处理后S135钻杆管体的屈服强度指标不变或降低3.5%,韧性指标明显上升,增幅达38%。Abstract: The influences of the austempering time and tempering temperature on the strength and toughness of S135 drill pipe material when it is heat treated with the austempering and tempering process are studied. The result shows that,with the raise of tempering temperature and the prolongation of austempering time,its tensile strength and yield strength are decreased while its ductility and toughness are increased. However,the austempering time and low or medium temperature tempering do not have an obvious effect on its toughness. The heat treatment process which obviously improves the toughness of drill pipe material is described. Compared with its original properties,the yield strength of S135 drill pipe material is the same as before or 3.5% lower than before but its toughness is obviously increased up to 38% after it is processed with this heat treatment technology.
