DEVELOPMENT OF SEAMLESS 37Mn5 STEEL DRILLING PIPE

  • 摘要: 37Mn5钢含P、S量低,化学成分稳定,用此钢试制的钻探用无缝钢管完全可以取代进口地质管。介绍了该钢种的化学成分和所试制钢管的冷拔工艺、热处理工艺及其机械性能。
    Abstract: 37Mn5 steel, with low P and S contents and stable chemical compositions, can be used to produce the seamless steel drilling pipes which can be fully substituted for imported geological tubes. The chemical compositions of the steel and the cold-drawing and heat-treatment processes and the mechanical properties of the pipes produced with the steel are concerned.
