大直径P91厚壁锅炉用钢管的生产工艺开发

    Development of Manufacturing Process for P91 Steel Large Diameter Thick Wall Boiler Pipe

    • 摘要: 通过合理配比化学成分,制定坯料加热工艺、热轧工艺和热处理工艺,成功开发出P91大直径厚壁无缝钢管。试验结果表明:开发生产的P91大直径厚壁无缝钢管,其几何尺寸、室温及高温力学性能均符合ASME SA 335/SA 335M—2010、GB 5310—2008标准要求,在600℃、105h下的持久强度为96.32 MPa,满足热电厂超临界机组锅炉制造及电站高温管道使用要求。

       

      Abstract: A P91 steel large diameter thick wall seamless steel pipe is developed by selecting reasonable chemical composition, billet heating process, hot rolling process and heat treatment process.The testing results show that all of the geometrical dimensions, the room& high temperature mechanical properties of the product can meet the requirements of ASME SA 335/SA 335M-2010 and GB 5310-2008.Its endurance strength under 600℃and 105h is 96.32 MPa, which meets the requirements for boiler construction of supercritical units of thermal power plants and for high temperature pipelines of power stations.
