对大型穿孔机力能参数的研究

    Study on Strength Parameters of Large-sized Piercing Mill

    • 摘要: 介绍了四川三洲特种钢管有限公司新建的Φ720 mm周期轧管机组大型穿孔机的力能参数。通过理论分析以及对实际生产中数据的收集、回归、研究,建立了准确的穿孔负荷数学模型,研究了穿孔负荷可控的影响因素。生产应用结果表明,其研究成果对大型穿孔机的穿孔负荷预测、控制、调整有较好的指导意义。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated are the strength parameters of the large-sized piercing mill of the newly-built Φ720 mm Pilger Mill Plant as located at Sichuan Sanzhou Special Steel Tube Co.,Ltd. A precise piercing load math model is set up via such activities as relevant theoretic analysis,and acquisition,regression and studies of the actual production data,and thus all the elements as influencing proper control of the piercing load are analyzed. The effectiveness of using the research result in the rolling operation has led to such as conclusion that the research achievement has certain instructive significance for the large-sized piercing mill in terms of calculation,control and setting of the piercing load.
