螺旋焊管的弹复量控制研究

    APPROACH TO THE CONTROL OF RESILENCE MAGNITUDE OF SPIRALVELD TUBE

    • 摘要: 带钢在成型过程中要产生弹塑性形变。形变时较关键的物理量是弹复量Δα。本文在较系统的理论计算基础上给出了弹复量的数学表达式,并经过合理近似,给出现场生产中可直接使用的Δα的表达式。弹复量对焊管生产的影响也做了必要的讨论。

       

      Abstract: Ela Resilence magnitude △α is a critical physical quantity with respect to the eleastoplastic deformation taking place in the course of steel strip formation. On the grounds of rather systematical and theoretical calculation a mathematic expression for the said elresilence very magnitude is provided and also, by means of appropriate approximation, an expression of △α which can be directly appliel to actual production is given. Besides, the paper involves a necessary discussion concerning the effect of elresilence very magnitude on the procuction of welded tubes.
