    Sizing Pass Design for High Precision Welded Pipe

    • 摘要: 分析了高精度直缝焊管定径质量的主要影响因素,提出了合理的高精度焊管定径工艺、孔型设计方法。实践证明,新的设计方法提高了高精度焊管的尺寸精度和表面质量,降低了定径机调整操作的难度,效果明显。

       

      Abstract: The key factors influencing the sizing quality of the longitudinal welded pipes with high precision is analyzed and the reasonable sizing process and the pass design method for the high precision welded pipes are proposed.The practice proves that the effect of the new design method of the pass is noticeable in improving the dimensional precision and the surface quality of the high precision welded pipes and reducing the setting and operation difficulties of the sizing mill.
