用非对称法轧制消除钢管定减径内多边形缺陷的理论研究

    THEORETICAL STUDY CONCERNING USE OF ASYMMETRIC ROLLING PROCESS TO ELEMINATE BORE POLYGONIZING OF STEEL TUBE DURING SIZING/REDUCING

    • 摘要: 简介了钢管定减径时内多边形缺陷产生的原因及其一般的控制方法。提出了用非对称法轧制消除该缺陷的简便方法,并进行了分析计算。计算表明,采用非对称法轧制消除钢管内多边形缺陷在理论上是切实可行的。

       

      Abstract: Causes responsible for bore polygonning of steel tube which appears as a defect during sizing and reducing are analyzed and common-used control methods therefor described. A simplified asymmetric rolling process capable of eliminating the said defect is put forward and relevant calculation conducted. The result shows that theoretically the said defect can be eliminated by the process.
