Abstract: To improve the manufacture process of band buckles for steel tube packaging which has such disadvantages as too many operation steps,high work intensity and low productivity,an one pass-forming pneumatic buckle press has been developed by Steel Tube Tube Division,Lingyuan I & S Group Co., Ltd.,resulting in tripled productivity,lessened work intensity and easy operation and maintenance.
