轧制工艺对X70钢级管线钢钢板板形的影响

    Effect by Rolling Process on Shape of X70 Pipeline-purposed Steel Plate

    • 摘要: 为改善X70钢级管线钢的轧制板形,在不采用弯辊力和辊型控制的情况下,研究轧制工艺对轧制板形的影响,在轧制道次压下率、轧制力和轧制速率等方面进行优化,从而获得良好终轧板形。分析认为:精轧道次轧制力均匀分配时,钢板强度较低,低温冲击韧性较差,精轧时易出现浪板;合理分配精轧末3~4道次轧制压下率,有利于减少分配的轧制力和凸度波动,获得良好的板形;适当降低轧制速率,可降低变形抗力,使钢板的变形更均匀,也有利于减少浪板。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the rolled shape of the X70 pipeline-purposed steel plate,the effect by rolling process on the plate shape is studied without adopting control of the bending force and the roll profile.The reduction rate of the rolling pass,the rolling force and the rolling rate are all optimized so as to obtain satisfactory finished shape of the rolled plate.The analysis result reveals that the rather low strength,poor low-temperature toughness of the plate,and waved plate during the finish rolling process are apt to produce due to even rolling force distribution of the finish rolling pass;and therefore properly distributing the reduction rates of the last three to four finish rolling passes is able to reduce the distributed rolling force,and the convexity fluctuation so as to get the satisfactory plate shape;and appropriately reducing the rolling rate will accordingly lessen the deformation resistance to get evener deformation of the plate,and fewer waved plates.
