矫直辊辊形曲线的设计计算与优化

    Design Calculation and Optimization of Roll Shape Curve of Straightening Rolls

    • 摘要: 分析钢管的矫直原理,建立辊形曲线的方程表达式,并利用Mathematics软件求解方程。在Excel中计算x方向每间隔1 mm点所对应的y值,并优化个别点的坐标值,从而实现矫直辊的数控切削加工。通过该种方法加工出的矫直辊,辊形曲面形状和粗糙度能够满足客户的要求,且使用效果良好。

       

      Abstract: Based on the analysis of the straightening principle of steel pipes the equation expression of the roll shape curve is obtained and solved by the mathematics software.The coordinate y value corresponding to each 1 mm point in x direction is calculated by Excel and the coordinate value of some individual points is optimized so as to realize the cutting machining of straightening rolls.The roll shape surface profile and roughness of the rolls machined in such method can all meet the requirements of customers with excellent effects in use.
