Abstract:
Studied is the process of grinding the 12Cr1MoVG alloy steel pipe with the 5-wheel centerless external abrasive belt grinder.Thanks to relevant comparative experiments,the elements responsible for the finish allowance and surface quality of the said pipe ground with the machine is identified,and relatively-satisfactory parameters of the abrasive belt grinding process are determined.Owing to the use of such parameters for the pre-galvanization machining of the steel pipe,the processing quality and efficiency will be improved,and the cost-effectiveness enhanced.
