油缸用高强韧性冷拔新材料XG720的开发

    Development of Hi-strength/toughness Cold-drawn XG720 Steel for Hydraulic Cylinder Service

    • 摘要: 分析了27SiMn液压油缸发生爆缸后材料断口的形貌与断裂产生过程,并提出了一种高强韧性低碳当量XG720材料;分析了XG720材料的化学成分、力学性能、机加工性能以及焊接性能。分析认为:XG720材料的最大特点是热轧正火状态具有较高的强度与较好的韧性;冷拔加工后,XG720材料的性能完全优于27SiMn冷拔状态的性能,可以满足精密钢管的特殊要求。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed are the fracture morphology and rupturing g enerating process of the 27SiMn material asresulting from blow-out of the hydraulic cylinder. Based on the analysis result,the hi-strength/toughness,low carbonequivalent XG720 steel is proposed. Also analyzed are the chemical composition, mechanical properties,machinability and weldability of the XG720 steel. As a result,it is identified that the XG720 steel mostly featuresrather high strength and good toughness after being hot-rolled and normalized, while after being cold-drawn, itsproperties are quite better than the as-cold-drawn 27SiMn steel,having met the special requirement for the precisionsteel pipe.
