压水堆核电站常规岛管道材料制造质量的控制

    Control of Manufacture Quality of Tubular Products Used in Conventional Island of Nuclear Power Plant with Pressurized-water Reactor

    • 摘要: 压水堆核电站中存在着大量以输送介质或传热为目的的管道系统,对各功能系统的承压边界以及整个电站的安全性有重要影响。主要探讨压水堆核电站常规岛主要管道材料的制造,引入风险分析,探讨影响管道质量的主要因素,并提出管道材料制造过程中的质量控制因素,以指导管道材料的制造监督。

       

      Abstract: There are a lot of piping systems for medium transmission and heat conduction in the nuclear power plant with pressurized-water reactor,significantly affecting the pressure-bearing boundaries of various functional systems,and the safety of the power plant as a whole. Focused on in the paper is the manufacture of the tubular products as used for the conventional island of the nuclear power plant with pressurized-water reactor,covering such aspects as risk analysis,investigation of the key factors as affecting the quality of the pipes. Also discussed are the quality control elements involved in the manufacturing process of the said pipes,which is helpful to the manufacture activities.
