摘要: 分析了贝氏体钢穿孔顶头工作锥裂纹的特点、产生原因;提出调整顶头结构尺寸可有效防止顶头工作锥裂纹。Abstract: The characteristics of cracking in the work taper of the bainite steel-made piercing plug are analyzed, causes for the defect are identified, and accordingly it is proposed to properly change the structural dimensions of the plug for effective prevention of the said cracking.
