国产X100钢级螺旋缝埋弧焊管的力学性能分析
Analysis of Mechanical Properties of Domestic Made X100 SAWH Pipe

摘要: 研究了国产X100钢级Φ1 016 mm×15.3 mm螺旋缝埋弧焊管采用不同的试样类型以及在线模拟防腐加热试验对钢管拉伸性能的影响。试验发现,X100钢级板状试样与圆棒试样拉伸性能的差异没有明显的规律性,在线的涂敷加热试验温度对此种焊管拉伸性能的影响比较有限。Abstract: The transverse-to-pipe-axis(TPA) and the longitudinal to pipe-axis(LPA) mechanical properties were researched with the different specimen types and with online simulation anticorrosive heating experiments for domestic made X100 Φ1 016 mm×15.3 mm SAWH steel pipe. The experiments shows there is no distinct regularity regarding to the difference in mechanical properties between X100 flatted rectangle specimen and round bar ones regardless of TPA or LPA. The online coating heating experimental temperature has little influence on the mechanical properties of such kind of welded pipes.
