基于神经网络预测的高强高韧钻杆用无缝钢管的开发

    Neural Network Prediction-based R&D of High Strength/High Toughness Seamless Steel Drill Pipe

    • 摘要: 利用BP算法和试验数据,构建了神经网络预测模型;用该神经网络预测模型研究了各种主要化学成分对材料强度和冲击韧性的影响;通过神经网络预测,设计开发出了一种高强高韧钻杆用无缝钢管。分析结果显示:该高强高韧钻杆用无缝钢管在屈服强度达到1 100 MPa以上的同时,-20℃纵向冲击功达到了100 J以上;该神经网络预测模型的数据拟合度好,预测精度高。

       

      Abstract: The neural network prediction model is set up with the BP algorithm and relevant test data.And this model is used to study the influences by various major chemical elements on strength and impact toughness of the material.Thanks to the neural network prediction technique, a type of high strength/high toughness seamless steel drill pipe is designed and developed.The result from relevant analysis shows that the said drill pipe has its yield strength above 1 100 MPa, and its longitudinal impact energy at -20℃ above 100 J.The neural network prediction model has satisfactory data fitness and high predictive accuracy.
