    Development of X80 Ф1 219 mm × 33 mm Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded Pipe for Main Pipeline Service

    • 摘要: 介绍X80钢级Ф1 219 mm×33 mm干线用直缝埋弧焊管产品的研制过程,研究适用于X80钢级Ф1 219 mm×33 mm干线管用钢板的化学成分与组织,解决33 mm超大壁厚X80钢级干线管的剪切面积率低下的难题;通过优化焊材匹配,创新小角度坡口、低线能量、快速焊接的方法,获得了性能优良的焊接接头。研制出的X80钢级Ф1 219 mm×33 mm干线用直缝埋弧焊管的性能达到国际先进水平,具备批量生产应用的条件。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the article are the activities for development of the X80 Ф1 219 mm×33 mm longitudinal su- bmerged arc welded(LSAW)pipe for main pipeline service.Studied are the chemical composition and the microstructure of the steel plate as suitable for manufacturing the said welded pipe.As a result,the difficult problem of low shearing area of the 33 mm extra heavy-wall LSAW pipe is solved.And a kind of welded joint with good mechanical performance is obtained by means of optimizing welding consumable matching,and innovating a correspondingly fast welding method featuring small-angle bevel and lower heat input.The X80 Ф1 219 mm×33 mm LSAW pipe for main pipeline service as developed has been up to relevant international advanced level,and ready for mass production and application.
