Assel轧管机轧辊辊型的智能协同设计

    Intelligent Coordination Design of Roll Pass of Assel Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 提出了基于网络和虚拟现实技术设计Assel轧管机轧辊辊型的方法。介绍了Assel轧管机轧辊辊型智能协同设计的体系结构, 基于Macromedia Flash Professional 8软件平台和面向对象的编程语言Action Script设计各模块的方法, Flash中3D效果的实现, 以及与Auto CAD平台接口的设计方案。利用这一方法所设计的轧辊辊型已在天津钢管集团股份有限公司投入实际生产应用, 完成了6种管坯500余种规格无缝钢管的轧制。

       

      Abstract: Introduced in the article is the method for design of the roll pass of Assel pipe mill based on the network and VR technologies. Detailed are the systematic structure of the intelligent coordination design of the roll pass of Assel pipe mill, the design methods for various modules on the basis of the software platform of Macromedia Flash Professional 8 and the object-oriented programming language Action Script, realization of the 3-D effects in Flash and the design scheme of the interface with the Auto CAD platform. The roll passes as de- signed with this design method has been put into operation in Tianjin Steel Pipe Corp., Ltd., being successful in rolling seamless steel tubes with 6 billet sizes and 500 specifications.
