    Analysis of Pitting Corrosion on N80 3Cr Anti-corrosion Casing

    • 摘要: 采用宏观分析、金相分析、能谱分析、扫描电镜分析等方法,研究了N80钢级3Cr耐蚀套管的点腐蚀现象。研究表明:螺纹齿面发生了点腐蚀,该点腐蚀属于氧腐蚀,溶解氧是造成接箍腐蚀的主要原因,溶解氧来源于接箍与保护器螺纹啮合面的残留水,Cl-的存在加快了点腐蚀的速度。建议现场改善套管的存储环境或根据工况选用耐蚀性好的材料。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the paper is the pitting corrosion on N80 3Cr anti-corrosion casing by means of macroscopic analysis,metallographic analysis,energy specetum analysis and SEM analysis.The analysis results show that the pitting corrosion occurred on the thread belongs to oxygen corrosion.Corrosion of a coupling is mainly caused by dissolved oxygen from the residual water on the gearing face in between the coupling and the protector,and the speed of pitting corrosion is accelerated with the presence of Cl-.It is suggested to improve the field storage environment or select materials with good corrosion resistance according to the working condition.
