前摆式螺旋缝焊管机组带钢递送跑偏问题的研究

    Research on Mechanism of Running Deviation of Steel Stripe as Being Delivered during Process of Front-swing HSAW Pipe Mill Line

    • 摘要: 分析前摆式螺旋缝埋弧焊管机组带钢递送跑偏的机理;针对引起带钢递送跑偏的诸多因素,提出改进措施;并对出现的带钢经递送后向上递送辊驱动侧跑偏进行纠正。分析认为:前摆式螺旋缝埋弧焊管机组带钢递送跑偏的根本原因是由于带钢与递送辊接触部分的弹性变形量不同。通过选择合理的递送机压力,准确设定立辊位置,在递送机前增加导板装置,可抑制和纠正带钢跑偏现象。在纠正递送跑偏问题时,还应该综合考虑跑偏原因,采取多方面合理措施才能有效地控制带钢的跑偏现象。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the paper is the mechanism of running deviation of the steel strip as being delivered during the process of the front-swing HSAW pipe mill.According to number of factors as causing the said running deviation of the steel stripe,improvement actions are proposed.Accordingly,the problem of steel strip deviating upward the drive side of the upper delivery roll is corrected.Based on the analysis,it is identified that the root cause for the said deviation is the difference between the elastic deformation amount of the steel strip and that of the contacting section of the delivery roll.Therefore the fault of steel strip running deviation fault can be restrained,and even corrected by means of such measures as properly determining the pressure of the delivery machine,accurately setting the position of the vertical roll,and adding a guide plate device in front of the delivery machine.In general,it is proposed that when dealing with the strip running deviation issue,all the causes should be considered comprehensively,and multi proper measures should be taken to effectively control the occurrence of the faulty phenomenon.
