Abstract: The article analyzes the process features and the mechanical properties of the newly-developed B655 steel tubing for -101℃ grade low-temperature pressure vessels. All the mechanical properties of the tubing can fully meet the requiremets of JIS G1460-84 and their Charpy impact toughness test value under -101℃ amounts to 5~8 times as that of JIS G1460-84.
