Development and Application of Grooves of Stretch Reducing Mill

摘要: 天津市无缝钢管厂通过改进张力减径机机架与轧辊孔型,使入口荒管直径由原来的118mm扩大到133mm,从而实现了Φ127,121mm等高精度产品规格的轧制。生产实践证明,孔型设计合理。

Abstract: Owing to modification of the stands and rolls, the stretch-reducing pipe mill located at Tianjin Municipal Seamless Steel Tube Plant has been capable of rolling hi-precision Φ127 mm and Φ121 mm pipes with mother pipes with maximum O.D of 133 mm (originally 118 mm). The grooves designed have been proven very effective through operation.
