厚壁毛管穿孔产生内裂和夹层的原因分析

摘要: 通过对厚壁毛管穿孔过程中变形特点和应力状态分析得出:厚壁毛管产生内裂和夹层的原因是双鼓变形和反复弯曲变形产生的切向附加应力过大及各种工艺因素的影响。提出了减少和预防内裂、夹层缺陷的措施。Abstract: Based on the investigation on the deformation characteristics and stresses occurring during piercing of the heavy walled shell,it is concluded that the tremendous tangential subsidary stress due to the dual-drum type deformation and the repeated bending deformation and various other technological factors are responsible for the development of the said internal cracks and laminations.Also presented in the article are measures to prevent or reduce the defective cracks and laminations.
