限动芯棒在线速度模型的研究与应用

    Study and Application of Online Retained Mandrel Speed Model

    • 摘要: 通过分析限动芯棒连轧管机组芯棒速度制度的相关工艺理论,建立一种限动芯棒在线速度模型,并采用线性规划法求解芯棒限动速度和预穿速度。该模型综合考虑了芯棒磨损、产品质量、轧制稳定性、轧制节奏等多种因素。将该限动芯棒在线速度模型应用于国内多套新建限动芯棒连轧管机组,应用结果表明,该模型设定准确可靠,使用效果良好。

       

      Abstract: Based on the analysis of relevant process theory associated with the mandrel speed system of the retained mandrel pipe mill,the online mandrel speed model is studied and developed. With the said model,both the retained speed and the pre-piercing speed of the mandrel are solved via the linear programming method. The model comprehensively involves considerations of many a factors such as the mandrel wear,the product quality,and the rolling stability and rolling rhythm,etc. The model has been applied to a great number of newly-built domestic retained mandrel pipe mills. The feed backs of the applications demonstrate that the model features precise and reliable setting,and satisfactory operation effectiveness.
