Application of AC/DC 12-pulse Rectification Speed Control System for Ф219 mm DME Pipe Mill

  • 摘要: 为了使承揽的巴基斯坦的多功能轧管机实现穿孔和轧制功能,设计了Ф219 mm双模轧机交直流十二脉波整流调速系统。介绍了Ф219 mm双模轧机传动装置的配置情况:原穿孔机的主传动采用单电机直流十二脉波整流调速系统,电机功率2 500 kW;新增轧机的主电机采用双绕组电机,2台主电机传动整体构成交流十二脉波整流调速系统,电机功率为1 500 kW/台。西门子的SINAMICS S120和6RA80调速系统具有控制性能好和可靠性高等优点,满足了管材生产中高品质、高精度的要求。重点描述传动系统的设计方案、特点和安装、调试中的注意事项。
    Abstract: In order to realize both piercing and rolling functions of the Ф219 mm multi-function DME pipe mill as contracted from Pakistan,the AC/DC 12-pulse rectification speed-control system for the Ф219 mm DME rolling mill is designed.Elaborated here in the article are the configuration of the drive system of the said mill.The main drive of the original piercing mill adopts a single-motor DC 12-pulse rectification speed control system,and the motor power is 2 500 kW,while the main motor system of the rolling mill proper adopts the double-winding motor,and the two main motor drives as a whole consist AC 12-pulse rectification speed control system and the motor power is 1 500 kW,each.The Siemens SINAMICS S120 and 6RA80 speed-control systems have the advantages of good control performance and high reliability,which meet the requirements of high quality and high precision for pipe production.Description here in the paper focuses on the design,characteristics,and key points of the installation and commissioning of the drive system.
