Abstract: Presented in the article are the process features and engineering method of the build-up type ready-made melting trough technique. With the said process, it is possible to maintain the inductor of the line frequency cored induction solid-state melting initiation furnance for galvanization under liquid condition and without power interruption. The technique is worth speading-off for such merits as easy operation, safety and time saving.
