Abstract: The Φ 100 mm mono-groove plug pipe mill line as well as part of the manufacturing equipment units are innovated with relevant the-state-of-art technology and equipment. Thanks to the innovation, the said mill line has been capable of producing tubes with better quality, stricter dimensional tolerances and an expanded product mix, which has further sharpened the company′s competitive edges. This innovation case is worth referring for possible modification of any other Φ100 mm plug pipe mill.
